Just a quick note tonight—

Wired has a great article about the new Microcomputer Gallery opening in Albuquerque, New Mexico at the Albuquerque Museum of Natural History and Science.  Apparently the guy who wrote the article got a sneak preview of the Gallery, which will be open to the general public on November 18th.

“STARTUP; Albuquerque and the Personal Computer Revolution,” is funded by Paul Allen’s Vulcan and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. The Museum has a number of historical PC artifacts related to the birth of the microcomputer industry, including an Altair 8800, an original copy of Altair Basic on a roll of punch paper and a number of items from Paul Allen’s personal collection of computer memorabilia.
